Clients may cancel services according to the cancellation terms provided during onboarding.

You have the authority to represent the business submitting the request
You will not use our services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
You will not misuse, copy, distribute, or reproduce proprietary systems or marketing materials provided by American Service Network without permission
American Service Network reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if misuse, fraud, or abuse is suspected.
SMS Messaging and Communications
When you submit a form, request information, or interact with our services, you may receive communications from American Service Network via email, phone calls, or SMS text messages.

loss of profits
advertising performance fluctuations
advertising platform policy changes
account suspensions by third-party platforms
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services during the most recent billing period.
Third-Party Platforms
Our services may rely on third-party platforms including advertising networks, CRM systems, messaging providers, hosting providers, or payment processors.
American Service Network is not responsible for disruptions, outages, or policy changes associated with these third-party services.
Age Requirement (18+)
Our services, including SMS messaging services, are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
